This is a cash back rewards system with a virtual debit card that you can use for online or in-store purchasing. Your virtual card will be sent to you with a 16 digit card number, CVV number and expiry date. Should you not receive a notification of your rewards or your virtual card within 3 workings days – please contact us

1. MAKE A SALE

Use those super sharp sales skills and inform your customer about the benefits of owning a Cat Rugged Phone. Guide them to the right model and make the sale!

2. CLAIM YOUR SALE

Take a photo of the sales slip to confirm the device sale and submit the sale below. We will verify the sale and load the incentive onto your virtual rewards card.

3. ENJOY YOUR REWARDS

The virtual card and rewards program info will be sent to you. Each time you claim a sale you will be notified by email/sms that your reward is ready to use. That’s it!

Sales Performance Incentive (SPIV)

IMPORTANT NOTE
Please ensure that all device details are captured correctly before submitting your sales performance incentive. Incorrect capturing of device details will result in a delayed payment of incentives.

YOUR DETAILS
Please enter your personal details in full and correctly. Any details that do not match those on record will result in an unsuccessful incentive allocation.

SOUTH AFRICAN ID NUMBER
Your 13-digit South African ID Number. Besides validating who your are, this will also be used to add your incentives to your virtual card.

STORE SELECTION
Please select your store and ensure the selected store matches the details that appear on the sales receipt. Your store manager may be contacted to verify the sale.

DEVICE DETAILS & IMEI NUMBER
Please select the correct model and enter the 15-digit IMEI number. This will be checked against our database to ensure it is valid and unclaimed.

SALES RECEIPT
Upload a clear and legible image of your sales receipt. make sure date, time and device details reflect clearly.
