If the phone is defective or not as described, customers have the right to return it within six months for repair, replacement, or refund at the discretion of the manufacturer at no cost. Please note that refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Devices showing signs of physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorised tampering may not qualify for a refund or exchange under CPA provisions.
